		<description>I and my colleagues have noticed a significant uptick in activity. Perhaps it&#039;s too soon to judge whether this is a trend or the result of New Year&#039;s resolutions. Surely it is welcome. But I also happen to believe you&#039;re right. Many have come to the sudden realization that hope is not a strategy. 

Having said that, I still hope this new-found focus continues for everyone. Who wants to re-experience 2009? Raise your hands!</description>
